No. 3D Watt is a distributed energy resources (DER) business platform and is also responsible for promoting and marketing Henley Power BESS solutions in Brazil. All installation work is carried out by Installers or EPC partner companies.

The BESS equipment carries a Henley Power manufacturer warranty. In practice, 3D Watt is your local point of contact and first-line coordinator: logging the case, gathering evidence, triaging and liaising with the manufacturer. As an Installer, you carry out the on-site actions with remote guidance and, where applicable, return and replacement logistics follow a structured process, in line with the warranty periods and terms set out in the supply agreement.
